Alerts
CallConfirmLive! provides a sophisticated alert system that provides early warning to managers of potential issues. Alerts can be raised via telephone, mobile, SMS or email, and can also be configured to popup on-screen during office hours.
ClientSafe Alerts
ClientSafe Alerts are used where the client could be at risk if the visit is not made at the scheduled time. The alert is triggered if a care worker has not arrived at the client’s home after a pre-determined period (e.g. 15 minutes). The alert threshold can be configured by client or individual visit.
StaffSafe Alerts
StaffSafe Alerts are used where the care worker is potentially at risk from the client. The alert is triggered if the care worker has remained at the visit for longer than a pre-determined period (e.g. scheduled time plus 30 minutes).
Panic Alert
The Panic Alert is provided to give care workers a quick, discreet way of summoning help. It is a dedicated number that can be programmed into care worker’s mobile phones as a Speed-Dial. Should the care worker need assistance, they simply dial the number and let it ring twice. An automated call is immediately raised to their on-call staff who can respond as appropriate.
