CallConfirmLive! allows office staff or administrators to send voicemail messages to individual care workers, teams or all staff. Messages are automatically played to care workers at the beginning or end of their visit, and message status can be confirmed at any time through the software.
SMS Messaging
CallConfirmLive! also allows office staff to send SMS messages to their care workers. Messages can be sent to individuals or to any combination of multiple recipients, and a full audit trail provides the delivery status of each message.
