Customer Satisfaction Objectives
Our customer support team are driven by the following objectives:

Support
We operate a Helpdesk which initially deals with all support queries. Our Helpdesk staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the majority of requests are dealt with swiftly. If they are unable to resolve the issue, an escalation procedure will then pass the issue over to a Technical Specialist, who may, if necessary, enlist the support of our Technical Director.

Help desk telephone support provision is available between the hours of 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excepted), and we guarantee a response within 4 hours during these times.

Training
We will work closely with you to ensure all users of the system have the skills and knowledge they need to work effectively. Our courses include:

Train the Trainer
A one day training course based on the needs of the Care Worker trainer, to enable you to carry out Care Worker training effectively.

Administrator Training
Based on the needs and requirements of the Homecare officers who administer the system on a daily basis, this is a one day course for a maximum of 4 people.

Advanced Training
A course for those officers with system administration privileges who manage the system and produce management information. A one day course for a maximum of 4 people.
